Voters who are away from their Hawai'i residence during the election may submit an Absentee Ballot Application to have their ballot mailed to an alternate mailing address for the primary election, general election, or both.
Completed applications must be submitted to the voter’s County Elections Division at least seven (7) days prior to the election.
General Election: October 27, 2026
The affidavit on the Absentee Ballot Application includes a statement for voters with special needs to request an electronic ballot be emailed each election.
Instructions:
1. Print the Absentee Ballot Application.
2. Complete the application and sign the affirmation statement.
3. Submit completed application to Office of the County Clerk, Elections Division at 200 S. High St. Rm 708, Wailuku, HI 96793
