Registered voters will receive their ballot by mail approximately 18 days prior to the election. Update your registration if needed.

General: November 3, 2026
A Voter Registration Status Certificate or a Proof of Residency Certificate may be issued to a properly registered voter at the
Office of the County Clerk, County of Maui, 200 S. High Street Room 708, Wailuku, HI 96793.
The cost of the certificate is $2.00 and an I.D. will be required at the time of purchase. Please call (808) 270-7749 first to confirm your voter registration status.

Hawai'i voter registration data is an electronic file available for purchase, for election purposes only. No phone numbers, birth dates, or Social Security numbers are provided.
Applications are reviewed upon receipt of payment, and a CD with the electronic file is usually ready for pick up at our office, about a week or two after submittal of the application. If you would prefer to have the CD mailed to you, please submit a postage paid envelope.
