Your ballot packet will consist of a ballot, a ballot secrecy sleeve, and a prepaid return envelope.

Review the instructions, contests, and candidates on your ballot and make your selections in blue or black ink. If you make a mistake on your ballot DO NOT USE WHITE OUT. Contact the Elections Division for further instructions or complete the form below.
After voting, fold the ballot and place it in the ballot secrecy sleeve (green).
Insert the ballot secrecy sleeve into your
return envelope (purple) and sign the cover on the return envelope.
Ballots can be returned by mail or dropped off
at a designated place of deposit.
Voted ballots must be received by the County of Maui, Office of the County Clerk, Elections Division by
7:00 pm on Election Day to be counted.
Please note: If the election is within the next seven days and you require a new ballot, you may vote in person at one of the Voter Service Centers.
